Bluewater is a residential property located right on the shores of Lake Michigan. This project was a complete remodel that went from outdated ’80s to updated modern. What is unique about this property is that the master bedroom is now what was once a small bedroom and open balcony. In order to capture the incredible views of Lake Michigan, the two rooms were combined and an entire wall of glass was added to capture the views while still allowing for privacy from the living space below.
